Now what? My order is wrong... Nothing makes us more unhappy than mistakes. You deserve to get exactly what you paid for, period. Because of the current issues with getting supplies and getting things shipped, we will only refund DEFECTIVE product or INCORRECT product. When things return to normal, this policy will change, but for now we need to focus on getting people shirts. If your shipment is wrong as stated above, contact us at email@example.com for instructions. We reserve the right to either have you send the order back OR we may simply send you a replacement at our discretion. If we send you a shirt, we would ask that you donate the other to another person or a Charity. Again, when things return to normal we will expand this policy!
If you are worried about shipping, please don't You are going to pay a standard fee for shipping. That fee is going to be clear at the time of checkout. We do not even control the shipping cost, but our store will automatically calculate what you are paying for shipping. We have no interest in taking our time to ship your purchase. We are going to do our best to make it to you within two weeks. We will be using USPS Priority Mail to send your shipment BECAUSE believe it or not the Post Office is having a hard time during this pandemic. Normally, we could say a better date than within two weeks. However, due to the COVID 19 outbreak, everyone is waiting for supplies and shipments. We will do our best to get you to the front of the line!
